LogiDoc (ADR) document builder

LogiDoc, the smartest choice for transport and logistics

LogiDoc is more than a document builder. It is a complete application developed specifically for the transport and logistics sector. You design your own documents, add your logo and corporate identity, and work with reusable templates.

What truly makes LogiDoc unique is the in-depth integration of dangerous goods information. As soon as you enter a UN number, the correct class, packing group, labelling and tunnel codes are loaded automatically. The system verifies that your document complies with ADR regulations before you print.

Fewer mistakes. Less searching. Your driver always on the road with the right paperwork.

Affordable
LogiDoc is flexible and affordable. The current version already offers an extensive range of features, and we continue to expand the package.

The price is 129 euros excluding VAT per user per year. No limits on the number of documents, no one-off setup fees. Simply a clear, all-inclusive package.

If you have a subscription to ADR-digitaal.com, you will receive an ongoing discount of 30 euros per year on LogiDoc for each active ADR-digital subscription. To take advantage of this discount, please first request a discount code.

Please note: due to copyright restrictions, the digital version of the ADR is unfortunately not available in English. We have not received permission from UNECE to release a digital version of the ADR. At this time, we have a Dutch version, and a German version of the ADR will be available shortly.

What LogiDoc does for you

ADR Compliant

When printing dangerous goods information on your document, various provisions of the ADR are taken into account, starting with Chapter 5.4, but certainly not limited to it. LogiDoc supports all ADR classes, with the exception of Class 7 (radioactive material). Support for Class 7 is planned for a future version.

Among others, the following chapters have been incorporated:

  • Chapter 7.5 — mixed loading prohibitions
  • Chapter 1.1.3.6 — the 1,000-point calculation
  • Chapter 3.1.2 — application of the technical name
  • Chapter 7.1.7 — provisions for temperature control
  • etc.

When compiling your document, LogiDoc automatically takes all of these requirements into account.

LogiDoc meets ADR-digitaal.com

Help texts based on the ADR are provided for every function. Whenever the ADR refers to other articles, these are included as clickable links. If you hold a subscription to www.ADR-digitaal.com, you can open the relevant article directly with a single click.

If you have a LogiDoc subscription, you receive a 30 euro discount on our digital ADR. Naturally, the same applies the other way around.

Please note: due to copyright restrictions, the digital version of the ADR is unfortunately not available in English. We have not received permission from UNECE to release a digital version of the ADR. At this time, we have a Dutch version, and a German version of the ADR will be available shortly.

FULLY MULTILINGUAL IN 16 LANGUAGES

LogiDoc supports 16 languages, both for the ADR content and for the user interface: Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, Hungarian, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish.

When creating a document, you select the country of dispatch. For international transport, you additionally select a second language: English, German or French.

The user interface language is set by default per user, but can be changed at any time.

DESIGN YOUR OWN DOCUMENTS

LogiDoc can be used to create transport documents. However, it is not limited to transport documents. You are fully flexible and can create any documents you need — either fully designed in the document builder or based on a document you have uploaded yourself. When creating your own document, you can choose from various options:

  • Enable or disable goods rows.
  • Determine how many pages make up a set. A CMR set, for example, can consist of 4 pages.
  • Upload your own backgrounds and assign them to a page within the set.
  • Decide whether you want to print a blank set or a set with background when printing. Often you use your own purchased forms, in which case printing blank forms is the best option.
  • A document can be used by everyone, but you can also define who is permitted to use and print which documents.

Within LogiDoc, you can use various field types:

  • Text field. A free text field that you can place on your form. You determine the width and height of the field, as well as the number of text lines within it.
  • Fixed text. You can place fixed texts on your document in your own colour, font and size.
  • Date field. When you place a date field, you automatically get a search function that allows you to select the correct date in a calendar.
  • Address field. An address field is directly linked to your address book. When you place an address field on the form, you can search for the correct address in your database. Manual entry naturally remains possible.
  • Document counter. This is a special field type. A document counter can be added only once per document. When a document is printed, it receives its own document number. You define the sequence yourself.
  • Checkbox. A box that you can use to make a specific choice.
  • Drop-down menu. Self-explanatory. In a drop-down menu, you can make a selection based on predefined options.
  • Line. With the line field type, you can draw lines in your layout. You can define the colour and thickness yourself.
  • Rectangle. This allows you to quickly draw boxes on a document.

If your document contains goods rows, potential overflow situations are handled automatically. Should an overflow occur, a new set is automatically created and printed with the remaining goods rows that did not fit on the first set.

MANAGE YOUR OWN ADDRESS BOOK

In LogiDoc, you can create your own address book and organise it into categories that you define yourself. You can also upload your existing address file. A template is available on the website.

User management

If you have purchased multiple licences, you decide yourself who to assign them to. A login consists of an email address and a password, and two-factor authentication applies — the user receives an email containing a code.

A licence is tied to a user and is not transferable. If a user is logged in and someone else attempts to log in with the same credentials, that person will receive a notification. At this point, the user has the choice to terminate the other session or cancel the login attempt.

Templates, PDF and E-mail

If you have a specific completed document that you want to use more often, you can save it as a template and reuse it.

When printing a document, you have the choice to generate a PDF and print it directly, or to send it by email instead.

FOLLOW-UP DOCUMENTS

After a document has been printed, additional documents may follow. Since LogiDoc version 1.2 you will be able to create and configure follow-up documents.

For a CMR containing dangerous goods, for example, the corresponding instructions in writing can then be printed automatically. The driver is legally required to carry these on board.

A LogiDoc subscription offers administrators and users a high degree of flexibility to configure the application according to their own preferences.

For organisations with 15 or more users, we also offer a fully dedicated environment. You receive and retain full control over the application, configured entirely to your own requirements. We keep the ADR regulations and the application itself up to date. For everything else, you are in full control.

Your own transport document, created in LogiDoc free of charge
As standard, we provide a Dutch CMR. However, Europe features a wide variety of transport documents, and every country or sector has its own requirements.

As a subscriber, do you use your own transport document? Send it to us in the correct format and we will make sure it is fully integrated into LogiDoc. At no extra cost. In return, we ask for your permission to make the document generically available to all users, so that the entire LogiDoc community can benefit from it.

The same applies to other documents that add value to logistics practice. Together, we are building a more complete platform for everyone.

The main screen.
The main screen of LogiDoc is your digital workspace. Everything you need is available at a glance: your created documents, neatly organised in folders that you arrange yourself, and all functions within easy reach. No unnecessary clicks, no searching. Just work.

Document design.
It starts with an idea. A new transport document, a checklist, a packing list, or any other document you want to use regularly. The idea comes to life in our layout builder.

You begin by choosing a name and the background of the document. This can be an external PNG file or another LogiDoc document.

Next, you set the size of the document: A3, A4, A5 or a specific custom format that you define yourself.

You then indicate how many copies make up a set. A CMR, for example, consists of 3 or 4 pages per set.

Under “document group”, you specify which folder the document will be stored in. You can also specify which department is allowed to use the document. A user can optionally be assigned to a department, but this is not required.

Within the document, you determine which rows you want to add. These do not necessarily have to be goods rows.

You can also indicate here whether the ADR functionality should be used.

Under “print background with complete set”, you can indicate whether you want to print blank documents or use a background that can be selected beneath this option field. You choose blank if, for example, you want to use your own pre-printed forms.

Layout editor.
In the layout editor, you can design the entire layout and add fields. The position of each field can be set using the mouse, the arrow keys, or at pixel level on the right-hand side of the screen.

A range of different field types is available. A simple text field or an address field with a built-in automatic search function. You can also insert a unique document number, for which you define the numbering sequence yourself.

The layout is used to fill in the form. When printing, however, it can happen that the printer outputs at a slightly offset position. This is particularly tricky when printing blank forms. In addition to the positions within the form, you can optionally also define the printing position at pixel level. This gives you maximum flexibility.

Address book.
Manage your addresses directly within LogiDoc. You can easily create your own address book and organise your contacts into categories that you define yourself. Do you already have an existing file? Upload it directly into the app.

Would you prefer a fresh start? Download the Excel template and enter your details in the correct format. If you add a new category to your file that does not yet exist, LogiDoc will create it for you automatically.

Multiple licences.
Does your organisation hold multiple licences? Then you have full control over who gets access. You assign licences yourself to the right employees and revoke them when needed, in order to reassign them to someone else. Easy to manage, with no external intervention required.

Two-factor authentication.
very login is protected by two-factor authentication. When a user logs in, they receive a code by email.

Layouts under your own control.
In addition to the standard documents provided by LogiDoc, you have full control over your own layouts. You design and manage them exactly as your organisation requires. Would you like to use a standard document as a starting point? Simply copy it to your own environment and adapt it to your needs.

Dangerous goods information.
A unique feature of LogiDoc is the ability to print transport documents containing dangerous goods information in no fewer than 16 languages. This is more than a translation function, it is full ADR compliance integrated into your own workflow.

International transport often requires more than one language. A shipment from Spain to the Netherlands, for example, requires Spanish as the primary language and a second recognised language on the document, namely English, French or German. LogiDoc handles this automatically and correctly, ensuring that you meet all international documentation requirements.

The right information.
LogiDoc has integrated the complete Table A of the ADR into its database. This means that you no longer need to look up information manually when creating a transport document. Enter the UN number of your dangerous substance and LogiDoc instantly retrieves the correct and up-to-date regulatory information. If your search returns multiple results, you simply select the correct entry from the list.

Always the correct data. No detours.

Warnings.
LogiDoc looks beyond the documents themselves. The application actively monitors whether your load complies with legal provisions and flags potential violations in good time. This includes combinations of goods that may not be transported together in the same compartment.

When such a situation is detected, you immediately receive a clear warning. You always have the option to override the warning and continue the action, but this is expressly done at your own responsibility.

Information from the ADR.
Help texts based on the ADR are provided for every function. Whenever the ADR refers to other articles, these are included as clickable links. If you also hold a subscription to www.ADR-digitaal.com, you can open the relevant article directly with a single click.

If you have a LogiDoc subscription, you receive a 30 euro discount on our digital ADR. Naturally, the same applies the other way around.

Preview of how your selection appears on the waybill.
You have made a selection and want to check how the information will appear on the waybill. In many pop-up screens, you can see the result of your choice immediately on the right-hand side. In the language of the country of dispatch, in English, French or German if you have selected a second language, and in the user's own language.

Always a useful way to quickly verify that you have made the right choice.

Document choices.
Printing the correct dangerous goods information can sometimes be complex. There are many variables that need to be taken into account. Wherever possible, we have disabled the options that are certainly not applicable to certain goods.

For other substances, entering specific information is mandatory. For example, the technical name or, in the case of temperature-sensitive substances, the control and emergency temperatures. For these goods, you are required to add certain information to the document.

Next to each option, help fields are provided where you can read what the selected option means exactly. These are the official ADR texts.

LogiDoc meets ADR-digitaal.
Unfortunately, we cannot include the entire legislation within the help texts. In the Dutch help texts, references to ADR articles are displayed as hyperlinks. These point to our digital ADR at ADR-digitaal.com.

However, to access the digital ADR, you need a subscription. This costs 129 euros excluding VAT. If you have a LogiDoc subscription, you receive a combination discount of 30 euros.

LogiDoc, more than a document builder.
LogiDoc is built on real-world experience and evolves together with the needs of your users. We continue to expand the application with new features, so you can always rely on a solution that keeps pace with the times.

All of that for just 129 euros per user per year, excluding VAT. An investment that pays for itself with every document you create faster, error-free and fully compliant.
