LogiDoc ADR document builder
LogiDoc, the smartest choice for transport and logistics
LogiDoc is more than a document builder. It is a complete application built specifically for the transport and logistics sector. Design your own documents, add your logo and corporate identity, and work with reusable templates that save time on every shipment.
What truly sets LogiDoc apart is its deep integration of dangerous goods information. Enter a UN number and LogiDoc instantly loads the correct class, packing group, labelling requirements and tunnel codes. Before you print, the system automatically verifies that your document meets ADR regulations in full.
Fewer errors. Less manual work. Your driver on the road with the right paperwork. Every time.
A selection of LogiDoc features
Printing dangerous goods information on your transport document takes into account a wide range of ADR provisions. Starting with, but not limited to, the provisions of Chapter 5.4 of the ADR.
We have also incorporated a number of other key provisions, including:
- Chapter 7.5, covering the rules on segregation and prohibited load combinations.
- Chapter 1.1.3.6, widely known as the 1000 points calculation.
- Chapter 3.1.2, which determines how and when the technical name must be applied.
- Chapter 7.1.7, covering the provisions for the transport of goods requiring temperature control.
The first version of LogiDoc includes ADR texts in no fewer than 16 languages:
- Dutch
- English
- German
- French
- Spanish
- Portuguese
- Italian
- Polish
- Hungarian
- Czech
- Slovak
- Romanian
- Danish
- Swedish
- Norwegian
- Finnish
When creating a document, you select the country of dispatch yourself. For international transport, a second language is also required. This must be English, German or French.
LogiDoc is available in the following user interface languages:
- Dutch
- English
- German
- French
- Spanish
- Portuguese
- Italian
- Polish
- Hungarian
- Czech
- Slovak
- Romanian
- Danish
- Swedish
- Norwegian
- Finnish
LogiDoc can be used to create transport documents. However, it is not limited to transport documents alone. You have complete flexibility to design any document you need. Either built from scratch in the document builder or based on a document you have uploaded yourself. When creating your own document, you can choose from a range of options:
- Enable or disable cargo lines
- Define how many pages make up a set. A CMR set, for example, may consist of 4 pages.
- Upload your own backgrounds and assign them to a specific page within the set.
- Choose whether to print with or without a background. If you use pre-printed forms, printing blank is often the preferred option.
- A document can be made available to all users, or you can control exactly who can use and print specific documents.
Within LogiDoc you can work with a variety of field types:
- Text field. A free text field you place anywhere on your form. You define the width, height and number of text lines.
- Fixed text. Place static text on your document in a colour, font and size of your choice.
- Date field. Adding a date field automatically activates a calendar picker for easy and accurate date selection.
- Address field. Directly linked to your address book. Place an address field on your form and search your database for the right address instantly. Manual entry remains possible at all times.
- Document counter. A special field type that can be added once per document. Each time a document is printed it automatically receives a unique document number. You define the numbering sequence yourself.
- Checkbox. A field for making a specific selection.
- Dropdown menu. Select from a predefined list of options.
- Line. Draw lines anywhere in your layout. Colour and thickness are fully customisable.
- Rectangle. Quickly draw document boxes wherever you need them.
For documents with cargo lines, overflow is handled automatically. When the content exceeds a single set, a new set is created and printed automatically, continuing seamlessly with the remaining cargo lines.
In LogiDoc you can create your own address book and organise it into categories you define yourself. You can also upload an existing address file directly. A template is available on the website.
If you have purchased multiple licences, you decide yourself who to assign them to. A login consists of an email address and password, and two-step verification applies whereby the user receives an email containing a verification code.
A licence is linked to a specific user and is non-transferable. If a user is already logged in and someone else attempts to log in using the same credentials, a notification is displayed. The user is then given the option to terminate the existing session or cancel the new login attempt.
If you have a completed document that you wish to use repeatedly, you can save it as a template and reuse it whenever needed.
When printing a document, you can choose to generate a PDF and print it directly, or send it by email instead.
our own transport document, added to LogiDoc free of charge
As a default, LogiDoc provides a standard Dutch CMR document. Europe, however, covers a wide variety of transport documents, and every country and sector has its own specific requirements.
Are you a subscriber using your own transport document? Send it to us in the correct format and we will make sure it is fully integrated into LogiDoc. At no extra cost. In return, we ask your permission to make the document generically available to all users, allowing the entire LogiDoc community to benefit.
The same applies to any other document that adds value to daily logistics operations. Together we are building a more complete platform for everyone.
Convinced in eight images? We are.

The main screen
The main screen of LogiDoc is your digital workspace. Everything you need is immediately at hand: your documents neatly organised in folders you define yourself, and all functions within easy reach. No unnecessary clicks, no searching. Just work.
Address book
Manage your addresses directly within LogiDoc. Create your own address book with ease and organise your contacts into categories you define yourself. Already have an existing file? Upload it directly into the app.
Prefer to start fresh? Download the Excel template and enter your data in the correct format. Add a new category that does not yet exist and LogiDoc will create it automatically.

Multiple licences
Does your organisation hold multiple licences? Then you have full control over who gets access. Assign licences to the right team members yourself and revoke them when needed to reassign them to someone else. Simple to manage, without any outside involvement.
Layouts under your own control
Alongside the standard LogiDoc documents, you have full control over your own layouts. Design and manage them exactly the way your organisation needs. Want to use a standard document as a starting point? Simply copy it to your own environment and customise it as required.

Dangerous goods information
A unique feature of LogiDoc is the ability to print transport documents containing dangerous goods information in no fewer than 16 languages. This goes beyond simple translation. It is full ADR compliance built directly into your own workflow.
International transport often requires more than one language on a single document. A shipment from Spain to the Netherlands, for example, requires Spanish as the primary language plus a second recognised language, being English, French or German. LogiDoc handles this automatically and correctly, ensuring you meet all international documentation requirements without exception.
The right information
LogiDoc has fully integrated ADR Table A into its database. This means that when creating a transport document, manual lookups are a thing of the past. Simply enter the UN number of your dangerous good and LogiDoc instantly retrieves the correct and up to date regulatory information. If your search returns multiple results, simply select the right one from the list.
Always the correct data. No detours.

Warnings
LogiDoc looks beyond the documents alone. The app actively monitors whether your cargo complies with legal requirements and flags potential violations before they become a problem. Think of goods that are not permitted to be transported together in the same space.
When such a situation is detected, you receive an immediate and clear warning. You always have the option to override the warning and proceed, but doing so is explicitly at your own risk.
LogiDoc, more than a document builder
LogiDoc is built on real-world experience and evolves alongside the needs of your organisation. We continuously expand the app with new functionalities, so you can always count on a solution that keeps pace with your industry.
And all of this for just 129 euros per user per year, excluding VAT. An investment that pays for itself with every document you create faster, error-free and fully compliant.
